With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Rachel Arvelo-Herrera is an award-winning Real Estate Broker, business leader, and trusted advisor known for combining strategic expertise with a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Rachel has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Puerto Rico since 1999 and in Florida since 2012. Her extensive experience across residential, luxury, commercial, and investment real estate gives her a valuable perspective and a deep understanding of the diverse needs of buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals.

Rachel currently serves as Broker Manager of Weichert Realtors® – Capella Estates, where she oversees the development, performance, and operations of more than 170 real estate professionals. In addition to guiding her own clients through successful transactions, she leads initiatives involving agent training, recruiting, marketing, lead generation, productivity, compliance, and strategic business growth.

Throughout her career, Rachel has held several influential leadership positions, including Real Estate Sales Manager & Broker Manager for a nationally recognized real estate companies and Owner and Managing Broker of Arvelo Real Estate in Puerto Rico. Her leadership style is centered on education, innovation, accountability, and helping real estate professionals build sustainable, high-performing businesses.

Her commitment to the industry extends far beyond individual transactions. Rachel has served as a Board Director for Florida Realtors® and the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® Association. She has also contributed to important industry committees, including RPAC and Global Business, supporting real estate advocacy, professionalism, diversity, and international business development.

In recognition of her dedication, leadership, and service to the profession, Rachel was honored as REALTOR® of the Year 2009 by the Bayamón Board of REALTORS® in Puerto Rico.

Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with a concentration in Psychology. Her educational background allows her to approach real estate from both a strategic business perspective and a strong understanding of human behavior—an invaluable combination in negotiation, marketing, leadership, and client advocacy.

She has further strengthened her professional expertise through advanced certifications and designations, including Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS™), At Home With Diversity® (AHWD®), Staging Advocate, New Development Home Sales Professional, and Digital Marketing Expert.
